While we do offer sales of new instruments, our most popular service is our like-new major brand orchestra and band instrument rental plan. We encourage students to reserve their instruments online so they’re ready for pick-up when they arrive.

Rental Contract:

Our rental contract is month-to-month, and may be cancelled at any point with no financial penalty. We hope each new band student continues his or her involvement and education for many years, so most of your rent is applied toward the purchase of the instrument. We also understand that band is not for everyone, so that’s why there is no obligation to continue the rental contract or purchase the instrument.

Pricing:

In addition to sales of new instruments, our most popular service is our instrument rental plan of our like-new band and orchestra instruments. Insurance:

Because most homeowner’s insurance plans do not cover damage or loss of rented instruments, we offer a protection plan for just $3.00 per month which covers almost any situation except misplacing or losing the instrument. If the instrument is stolen, the theft must be reported to the school, the police, and Ann’s Music World within 10 days or this insurance plan is void and the student is responsible for the payment in full. Rental and repair payments must be current at the time of the incident, or the insurance will be void.

Maintenance:

We provide repair and maintenance for both rented and purchased instruments. We also offer a maintenance service agreement for only $2.50 per month that includes any repair or maintenance necessary due to normal wear and tear. This agreement does not include willful damage and/or damage caused by careless handling. Supplies and parts are also excluded.
